1. Overview

By purchasing a service from Vida Nova Abroad, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before enrolling.

2. Services

Sessions are conducted online via Zoom as scheduled.

​​​

Sessions are focused on providing guidance, support, and accountability to help you achieve your goal of moving to Spain.

​

 

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Sessions are scheduled in advance based on mutual availability.

​​

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a fee or considered a missed session.

​

Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

4. Payment and Refunds
 

Full payment for services is required before the first session, unless otherwise agreed.

 

All payments are non-refundable, except where a limited guarantee applies (see Section 9). If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us to discuss.

 

 

5. Confidentiality

Your privacy and confidentiality are important. Information shared during sessions will be kept confidential and not disclosed without your permission, except where required by law.

 

Please note that communications via email or messaging platforms may not be fully secure.

 

 

6. Communications & Data Protection
 

By purchasing a service, you consent to receive email communications from Vida Nova Abroad related to the service, including scheduling updates, resources, and follow-up materials.

 

Your personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU/EEA clients and relevant U.S. privacy laws.

 

You may withdraw consent to receive non-essential communications (e.g., newsletters or promotional emails) at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided or by contacting us directly. Essential service-related emails cannot be opted out of while you are an active client.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the service, including documents, templates, and resources, remain the property of Vida Nova Abroad. You may use them for personal purposes only and may not redistribute or sell them without written permission.

8. Results Disclaimer

Vida Nova Abroad provides services intended to offer guidance, resources, and support. However, the success of the service depends on your individual effort, commitment, and circumstances.

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality support, Vida Nova Abroad does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. You are solely responsible for the decisions and actions you take as a result of the service.

9. Termination
 

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice.

​

Any unused sessions will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.

​

10. Guarantee (Service Packages Only)
 

Single-session services are non-refundable.

​

For multi-session service packages, Vida Nova Abroad offers the following limited guarantee:

• If, after the first session only, you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of the package fee.

• After the first session, all fees are non-refundable.

• Vida Nova Abroad is committed to providing high-quality services. If you are dissatisfied at any point, please contact us to discuss your concerns so we can work toward an appropriate resolution.

11. Timeframe for Use of Services

• Single-session services must be scheduled and used within 30 days of purchase. Sessions not used within this period are forfeited.

• Multi-session service packages must be completed within 12 months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Any sessions not used within this timeframe are forfeited.

12. Non-Transferability
 

Services purchased from Vida Nova Abroad are for the exclusive use of the individual client and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with any other person without prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability
 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vida Nova Abroad is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in services.

14. Agreement to Terms
 

By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
